WiggleWorm strives to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for a refund or exchange your purchase for another item within 14 days of receiving the item(s), given it is in its original package and condition. Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization (RA) number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit. If we receive your return (i) without an RA number, (ii) after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or (iii) if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. We encourage you to ship all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All furniture and bedding items are non-returnable.
Personalized, custom designed items and all other "custom made" items, including all furniture and bedding, require payment in full upon order and may not be returned.
All sale items are final and non-returnable.
Estimated ship times are located on each product page. It is important to note that these are estimated, not guaranteed, shipping times, and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer\'s availability. If a product is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you may decide to keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally, issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backlog in production. In this case we will alert you as soon as possible. Should you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact us at info@wigglewormbaby.com.
In the event you receive damaged items due to shipping and handling, please keep the original packaging for the carrier to inspect. For items shipped via UPS, please visit www.ups.com to file a damage claim. Upon inspecting the damaged package, UPS will reimburse WiggleWorm and we will replace the item at no charge. For items shipped via USPS, please visit http://www.usps.com/insuranceclaims/welcome.htm to file a claim.
WiggleWorm ships to all 48 contiguous states, but not Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping costs for exchanged items is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs for all returned items is also the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are based upon the total cost of your order. Drop ship items are shipped directly from our manufacturers and artisans to your door. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding what items are in stock or will be drop shipped.
Furniture and large items often ship via freight carrier. The transit time for freight shipments is generally 2 – 3 weeks, although transit times will vary depending on where the freight is shipping from and the destination shipping address. This transit time should be added to the regular lead time listed for the product. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. If your scheduled appointment is missed, you will be charged a delivery trip fee. Please do not arrange for the item/items to be delivered when no one is home to receive them. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item or its packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver’s delivery ticket. Please remember that if you sign the delivery ticket without noting any damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise. Please immediately notify WiggleWorm of any damage by calling 423-756-8181.
Some items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge".
As a promotion, WiggleWorm will, at times, offer free shipping (within the 48 contiguous states only). If you order an item that offers free shipping in addition to one or more regular items, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the regular shipping item(s). APO and FPO addresses may incur an additional charge.
If for any reason you need to return an item that was shipped for free, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping charges. If you exchange an item which was shipped free for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to the item being returned and the new item will ship for free.

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the State of Tennessee. We are required to collect 9.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Tennessee address.
WiggleWorm is not responsible for any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, costs (including attorney’s fees) or personal injuries incurred while using products from wigglewormbaby.com. Availability, prices and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time.
